Azusa Fixed Income Diversified Fund Ltd

On 30 December, 2014 the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission 

has decided to grant Azusa Fixed Income Diversified Fund Ltd, authorisation 

for the establishment and operation as an Alternative Investment Fund with a

limited number of persons in achievement with Part IV of the Alternative 

Investment Funds Law of 2014.
